TKI cost planning

My patient RRB of 20yrs old a 3rd semester engineering college student of a son of a school teacher of 5 members parent was feeling pain in the Lt hip joint in 2005 addressed an orthopaedic surgeon who revealed high TLC & referred to me.

I gone through CML work up eventually dx BCR-ABL +ve CML. Unfortunately he had hard to take TKI regularly in terms of cost. I counseled him to take it anyway till his completion of graduation.

Hopefully he did it. After about 2 years from diagnosis he took it with his self income. Now he is in deep MMR5. Just looking to stop it.

By this time he got married & has become parent of healthy baby. He stopped his medicine just before planned to be a father at his MMR4 level.
